RE: Withdrawal of Insurance Division Bulletins 82-4, 86-3, 95-4 and 96-3

The Insurance Division is withdrawing the following bulletins:

• 82-4 Schedule Rating Plans (Individual Risk Rating)
• 86-3 Filing and Use of Rates (for "guide A" or "refer to company" rates)
• 95-4 Deferred Charitable Gift Annuities
• 96-3 Charitable Gift Annuities

The Division's website, "oregoninsurance.org," carries a listing of all bulletins and indicates whether or not they have been withdrawn. Click on "Laws, Rules & Bulletins."

This bulletin takes effect immediately.

This bulletin is dated the 27th day of January 2006, at Salem, Oregon.
