Risk Retention Groups
The “Annual Statement Instructions” will no longer be included with the tax form instructions. To satisfy the Oregon annual statement filing requirements you must:
- File your annual statement electronically with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) according to your domicile state’s instructions.
- Send a hard copy of the signed jurat page as proof of filing to:
- Department of Consumer and Business Services
- Insurance Division – 4
