Risk Retention Groups

The “Annual Statement Instructions” will no longer be included with the tax form instructions. To satisfy the Oregon annual statement filing requirements you must:

  1. File your annual statement electronically with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) according to your domicile state’s instructions.
  2. Send a hard copy of the signed jurat page as proof of filing to:
    • Department of Consumer and Business Services
    • Insurance Division – 4
    • PO Box 14480 350 Winter Street NE
    • Salem, OR 97309-0405 Salem, OR 97301-3883
