Health Benefit Plan Reports

Senate Bill 501, passed by the 2005 Oregon Legislature, requires insurers offering a health benefit plan to submit an annual report to the Department of Consumer and Business Services containing membership and financial information. Reports were first required for 2005.

How to use the reports

Health Benefit Plans by Requested Company

This report allows you to view Health Benefit Plan Reports submitted by individual insurance companies.

1. Enter tax year (Reports were first required for 2005)
2. Enter either NAIC Number or select the company name from the drop-down menu
3. Select the report format
4. Click Submit

Companies Reporting Health Benefit Plans

This report lists all insurance companies that submitted a Health Benefit Plan Report. You also can link to reports by individual companies.

1. Enter tax year (Reports were first required for 2005)
2. Select the report format
3. Click Submit
